Flyhjælp is an ambitious and dynamic company located in the beautiful Edison House premises near Kløvermarken in Copenhagen, close to the Lergravsparken metro station. The company employs about 50 staff members from all the Nordic countries, who help secure financial compensation for air passengers who have experienced delays, cancellations, and denied boardings. 

 

As a Team Lead in Flyhjælp’s Operations department, you will be part of a fantastic workplace consisting of a young and dynamic team that has been named No. 2 on Børsen’s Gazelle list in 2020You’ll be learning about all aspects of air passengers’ rights law and take part in exciting and sometimes tech heavy projects. 

 

The team consists of 7 case workers whom you’ll work closely with to ensure high quality of cases and assessments made in the Danish PoJThe Case Workers in the team are a mix of part-time and full-time employees.  

Your mission

  • Lead and motivate a team of Case Workers for the Danish Market, fostering a positive work culture and continuous learning environment through guidance, training, and regular feedback to further enhance team skills and performance.
  • Oversee daily the daily business, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve issues promptly, demonstrating effective problem-solving and serving as a role model.
  • Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements, automation, and further customer excellence in collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with your team and other departments (e.g., Legal, Marketing, Finance) on day-to-day business activities and overarching projects beyond the borders of the Danish Market in the whole Nordics.
  • Take part and be the lead in department wide projects and initiatives and bring them to successful completion.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between our teams in Berlin, Budapest and Copenhagen to ensure the achievement of our key objectives.

Your profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in team leadership and project management is preferred, but not required. A genuine interest in leadership and motivation is essential.
  • A genuine passion for tackling complex topics and finding effective solutions, with a keen interest in technology. Experience with CRM tools is a plus, but we’re excited to support your growth in this area.
  • Availability for daily business tasks in the team, combined with the ability to think strategically and take action.
  • Fluency in Danish and comfort with both written and spoken English. Additional Nordic languages are a plus.
  • Open to exploring new technologies and eager to learn and adapt.
