1. Prices
If Flightright is successful with its dispute resolution services and the passenger receives compensation for their flight, Flightright is entitled to a success fee, which is deducted from the compensation for the flight. For all claims, the success fee is 30% plus applicable VAT. If we have to instruct our external lawyers, we charge a surcharge of 14% plus applicable VAT.

VAT is not applicable for customers outside the European Union.
2. Bank transfer
Flightright offers free bank transfers to SEPA accounts. All transaction fees/costs associated with the client’s bank are fully covered by Flightright. In the event that you do not have a SEPA account or would like a payout via PayPal, any fees incurred for the transfer or payout will be borne by you.
